Mission
is to light the fire of Pilates and wellness pros, helping them craft the business of their dreams. Together, we can turn your passion into success.
Today
I started with a dream and faced many hurdles.
Today, I run a Pilates teacher training school, offer my own Business coaching program and own a beautiful Pilates sanctuary retreat in sunny Spain, sharing my love for Pilates with other teachers and practitioners from around the world.
My journey wasn't smooth, but I'm proud of where I am.
Together with my team, I'm here to help you achieve your dreams too.
I grew up on a beach in Malta (literally!!), and practiced all sorts of water sports until I left at 18.
At 16, I started my first business (when I was a self-made secretary for our restaurant owner, next door neighbor!)
Though I graduated in accountancy and worked in corporate for a few years, I never left my love for movement practices.
My journey in Pilates began with Power Pilates and advanced with training from Lolita San Miguel and Bob Liekens and many more!
I've learned the value of combining classical methods with modern techniques.

In my previous attempts to build a Pilates career, I considered taking short cuts, running a wild goose chase to figure out which was the best way to jump start my profession. It was only after I had a fantastic Pilates and business mentor that I realized any professional career requires 3 CORE elements
