Getting Started
Work through the material in order. To access everything, click the links provided in this section.
Your course includes:
• Enrolment form
• Postural Analysis Form (to use with your own clients)
• Tutorial Video + Notes (recorded from a real in-person session with Pilates teacher training students)
• Multiple-Choice Test
Important: Please watch the tutorial video and read the notes fully before attempting the test.
Test Information
• The test is multiple choice
• It is completed online
• The pass mark is 75%, in line with NPCP-style standards
• Your result will be shown once you submit your test
Certificate
A Certificate of Achievement will be awarded once you have completed the learning material and achieved a passing score (75% or above) on the multiple-choice test.
