Functional Anatomy
The Anita Horry Academy (AHA) Functional Anatomy Course teaches you everything you need to know about the anatomy of the body in order to become a world-class Pilates Instructor. The course will use lectures, demonstrations and activities directly relating to functional movement in order to gain a better understanding of the concepts that are needed for teaching Pilates.
Features:
- Online – available 24 hours per day
- Can be taken up to 2 years before the commencement of the Pilates Matwork or the Pilates Comprehensive
Course Format:
- 20 hours of online study and tutorials
- Completing assignments and getting a mark
Assessment:
- As a part of this course, you are assessed in a variety of ways:
- Online multiple choice exam
- Assignments to be sent online and marked by our Academy
Completion Time & Costs
- The flexibility of this online course means that you can take your time to complete it as long as it is finished before the commencement of any of our programmes. List price: €249 (due upon registration)
- Once this course is complete, it is valid for 2 years prior to commencement of either the Anita Horry Academy (AHA) Pilates Matwork or the Anita Horry Academy (AHA) Pilates Comprehensive courses.
