Description

I am thrilled to extend my expertise beyond private sessions and also offer invigorating group classes. For the past two decades, I have dedicated myself to helping individuals shift their perspective on movement and achieve remarkable results through Pilates. My specialization lies in working with clients who practice both on the mat and on Pilates apparatus such as the Reformer, Wall unit, and Wunda chair.

In my matwork group classes, you will join a community of like-minded individuals who are eager to experience the transformative power of Pilates. These classes provide a dynamic and supportive environment where you can challenge yourself, learn from others, and grow together. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned pro, my group classes are designed to accommodate various skill levels and offer modifications for individual needs.

By participating in these classes, you will unlock the full potential of both mat exercises and workouts with small props. Together, we will focus on building strength, increasing flexibility, and improving overall body awareness. My approach is personalized and holistic, ensuring that each participant receives individual attention and guidance.

Currently, group sessions take place at 6:00pm on a Wednesday night!
